CPS Abstract Submissions

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the upcoming Carolina Perfusion Symposium (CPS) — a space dedicated to advancing perfusion through innovation, research, and professional connection.

We are now accepting abstract submissions for consideration by the CPS Organizing Committee. All submissions will be reviewed promptly, and authors will be notified of their abstract status within 2 business days of submission.

We are currently seeking abstracts with a focus in:

Adult Perfusion

ECMO

Pediatric & Congenital Perfusion

To ensure consistency and clarity in review, please follow the submission criteria below:

  • Abstracts exceeding 300 words will not be considered

  • You may indicate your interest in presenting as:

ABSTRACT AWARDS

We’re proud to recognize excellence in perfusion research and student achievement. Awards will be presented during the Symposium to the following categories:

  • Outstanding Researcher
    Awarded to the author(s) of the most impactful scientific paper based on original research.

  • 1st Place PSPS Student Scholarship Presentation Award
    Presented to the student delivering the top scientific presentation. Includes a monetary scholarship to support perfusion education.

  • 2nd Place PSPS Student Scholarship Presentation Award
    Presented to the runner-up student presenter. Includes a monetary scholarship to support perfusion education.

  • Scientific Poster Award
    Awarded for the most exceptional scientific poster displayed during the Symposium.
