Presentation Opportunity
We’re excited to offer attendees the chance to share their work and expertise at this year’s symposium!
PRESENTATIONS & AWARDS
Poster Presentation
Showcase your research, clinical findings, or innovative ideas in a poster format. Posters will be displayed throughout the weekend, giving attendees time to engage with your work.
Oral Presentation
Deliver a 40-minute talk on a topic of your choice related to perfusion practice, technology, research, or professional development.
Scholarship Award
Oral Presentations Only
The Carolina Perfusion Symposium will present a $1,000 scholarship award to the student who delivers an outstanding scientific paper. This award consists of a monetary scholarship intended to support perfusion education.

Volunteer Opportunities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Capture casual photos and short video clips throughout the event (a phone or basic camera is totally fine).
Conduct short (30-second) attendee interviews during the evening socials on Friday and Saturday.
Gather social media–friendly content that reflects the spirit of the weekend — group shots, speaker moments, candid interactions, and more.
Provide occasional assistance with event needs such as registration, coordination, and overall attendee satisfaction to help ensure the weekend runs smoothly.
WHAT WE'LL PROVIDE
Complimentary hotel accommodations on-site for Friday and Saturday nights (July 18–19).
Full reimbursement of your event registration fee.
An opportunity to connect with professionals in the field, network with vendors and speakers, and play a meaningful behind-the-scenes role.
