Attendee Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the event
Cancellations made 30 days to 7 days before the event: 50% reimbursement
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: no reimbursement
A $20 processing fee applies to all cancellations
Vendor Sponsorship Cancellation Policy
$250 processing fee for any cancellations
$20 fee for any cancellation of excess vendor attendees *allowed until 14 days out only*
Cancellation sponsorships accepted up to 60 days prior to meeting
On regular cancellation policy please change from 7 days to 14 days
